Minced Meat in Pitta Bread (عرايس ).

Hello again.   This is our main dish today, it’s supposed to be done on the grill when bbq-ing but I always do it this way and tastes as good , well frankly grilled on charcoal are  much more delicious but these are  just fine !!!   The exact translation to the arabic name .(
