خبيزه (Mallow )

  Hello everybody.      Khubeizeh (خبيزه ) or as I found it in google is Mallow in english is a wild plant that usually grows in spring time all over wilderness specially in hot areas like Ghour (Jordan Valley) here in Jordan.  It’s a very popular meal this time of the year.people usually collect it
